Features of the Schedule

When you schedule a trip that is open, you will immediately be confirmed for that trip.
THIS YEAR OUR MAXIMUM for a Fishing trip will be 6 people THAT INCLUDES STAFF with a maximum of 2 manual wheelchairs OR 1 electric .
THIS YEAR OUR MAXIMUM for a Cruise trip will be 8 people THAT INCLUDES STAFF WITH maximum of 2 manual wheelchairs OR 1 electric .
You will be able to see and book for partial trips – if a group books less than 4 or 6, you would be able to book the remaining spots.
You will be able to view/print all of the trip information including your Captain and First Mate’s contact information.
You will be able to view/print all of the trips that you have reserved for the year.
You will receive an automatic email reminder 72 hours prior to each trip.

Days & Times for Trips

June 3 – August 28
All trips are 2 hours long
Trips: Mon. thru Wed.
Fishing: 9:30 am & 11:30 am
Cruise: 12:00pm-2:00pm
ARRIVAL TIME:
Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your Scheduled Time READY to load. Life Jackets, Bait, Tackle, Water, a Trained Captain, a Trained 1st Mate and a Trained Dock Assistant are provided for every trip.
CANCELLATION IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER:
In the event of bad weather, the Client and the Captain will decide if the trip will be cancelled. If for any other reason you are cancelling a trip, you must notify the Scheduler at 507-848-3997.

How to Register Your Organization

FOR A NEW ORGANIZATION Click HERE
Put in your contact information including email address
Click Submit
You will now be able to see the calendar – Anything in BLUE is OPEN
When you select a date, a window pops up and it should auto-flow your information.
Put in how many people- fishing or boating, wheelchairs (if any) and submit.
You will receive a confirmation email telling you your trip has been accepted.

How to Register as an Individual

Click Register
Scroll to the bottom and click on Register as an Individual —Make sure to check the box that says “I am not associated with a Group Home or Organization.”
Put in your contact information including email address
Click Submit
YOU WILL NOW SEE A BLANK CALENDAR. CLICK ON “CONCORD II” TO SEE WHAT DATES ARE AVAILABLE.
You will now be able to see the calendar with available dates – Anything in BLUE is OPEN
When you select a date, a window pops up and it should auto-flow your information.
Put in how many people- fishing or boating, wheelchairs (if any) and submit.
You will receive a confirmation email telling you your trip has been accepted.

NEW Organization or Individual

Returning Organization or Individual

Organizations must: PLEASE BRING BOTH FORMS 1 & 2 BELOW FOR EACH TRIP.
1. Download and bring a completed Guest Boarding Pass-Release of Liability/Photo Approval form and
2. Download and bring a completed FOR RESIDENTS OF STATE INSTITUTIONS TO FISH IN MINNESOTA form which serves as the fishing license (or a valid MN Fishing License if they do not qualify for the Residents of State Institutions form)
Please bring both forms #1 & #2 for you trip and deliver it to the Captain before the passengers start boarding the pontoon. Please be sure to bring this so that your trip is not delayed.

FISHING LICENSES:

If you indicate that you will have people fishing, they must have a Fishing License. If you do not qualify for #2 above, Click here for information on obtaining a license from the DNR website (www.fishinglicense.org/minnesota.html). If guests are from an adult day care facility, care facility, or residence, or under the age of 16 or over the age of 90, they DO NOT require a license in MN. Others DO REQUIRE a valid MN license.
